It's an OK place to start

Grab a few drinks, meet some friends... but don't stay all night. There's better, if not bigger.

loved the atmosphere

what a great bar and some sexy bartenders... i'm not really used to such small shots but the beer is awesome ... and the bartender whoever he was in the cowboy hat was sexy as hell... oh and his underwear... GAY PRIDE 2010 was off the chain .. went to Woodys about 4 times while in town...

Definately worth a visit

People might bash this iconic venue, but I think that it does a great job. It has the title of a bar, and of course there are some characters here, but Woody's attracts a strong crowd of people, especially on the event nights (i.e. The Best Ass Contest, etc.). If your not into the bar scene, its a great place to come have a drink, chat up some people, and prep for other destinations... as the prices are more manageable than the clubs of the surrounding area.

Fun friendly bar

Great atmosphere, all kinds of guys and lots of space inside. Drag shows can be funny. Some really hot bartenders.

Standard gay bar

Woody's is very popular, and there are lots of friendly people there. A lot of not-so-friendly people as well. If you're in the mood for an average gay bar, then this place is recommended.
