Paul & Pierre invite you to their exotic French fusion retro-lounge
This swanky yet casual bar/restaurant (and the city's first official martini bar) is a great place to bring someone you want to impress. Fun decor and creative menu make Byzantium a hit.

Martini's and Mayhem

Byzantium has a great atmosphere and a hip-crowd. Sometimes it gets too crowded, as the venue is long and narrow. Drinks are pricey and the food is mediocre. But the DJs keep Byzantium one of the livelier venues on the strip, with a strong crowd of regulars returning. Great wine and martini selection --- if you don't mind navigating the crowd to get the bartenders attention.

Good Food, Good Service...NOT great

Byzantium was the at the top of our list when visited Toronto last weekend. The food and service was good but NOT great. Had a better meal at Fuzion and The Keg. I would recommend this restaurant for the cute wait staff though.

worth a visit

In the hearth of the gay village, very crowdy at weekends, you can eat and chat with friends and have a taste of good food. I prefere to go there weekdays, in the too crowdy weekends the staff is not everytime gentle.
