Like nothing here in Bangor, Maine, USA

Visited late on a Friday afternoon after stumbling upon the almost unmarked Remington's along Yonge St in midtown Toronto. A plain metal-like front with a nondescript sign. But found it to be a pleasant and pleasureable visit for only the price of a cold beer. The dancers were all young, and all attractive. And a body style for about anyone's taste. I must relate a conversation overheard earlier in the day however. While in a gay sex shop along Church street, I overheard a clerk and a couple of customers talking about Remington's. One commmented that he'd heard the place had recently actually hired a couple of gay dancers, insinuating that most were straight guys just trying to earn a living. He further commented that you could tell the gay dancers as they were the only one's that could actually dance. Not sure about while I was there, although the state of arousal - or non-arousal more or less gave me an indication of their sexual direction. And from what I saw of the 6-8 dancers? About 80% straight - 20% gay. Got a bit tired of the hustling however. Hadn't been in a place like this since living in San Fran many years ago. And I'd forgotten the "hustle" that usually takes place. I quickly caught on and gave the boys a nice smile, a polite "no thanks," and a light pat on the ass as I sent them on their way.

new owners should improve the business

Remingtons has had its ups and downs, in the last few years, it has been sagging. New owners just took over in Oct 07, and hopefully should improve things.

Love This Place!

Remingtons is definately a hidden jewel on Yonge Street. Saturday afternoon/early evenings are the best place for those of us who are looking to see bodies we haven't had in years. Correction on the website address posted above. It isn't dot com. It's dot ca, for Canadian style stripping! http: www.remingtons.ca

From a woman

I was just at Remington's during Pride on the sunday and i must say that i had a very good time. They do need to up date there WEB and show off some of those great sexy men, which would in turn have more people come to there club to see these men.It really could use a good coat of paint but i guess it wouldn't be Remington's if it changed anything, would it now?!!! I look forward to attending again on a Sunday with my gay male friends. Gay or Straight, Man or Woman you will have a good time at Remington's

Remingtons

There are some awesome dancers, good variety of body types, just get to know them for a few minutes before you go upstairs (negotiate) The club itself needs a good cleaning, and maybe some paint, but the atmosphere is comfortable. They really need to update their website and advertise who is dancing there better so everyone knows how awesome the dancers look
