gym buddy
I'm new in YMCA. Looking for gym buddy coz I'm beginner to guide me. I'm very open n good in friendship.
OK for a workout
If working out is all you are interested in then it's OK. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and open showers are a little dated and though the place was busy when I visited just after work hours on a week night the customers were 90% old men and mostly not in great shape. The endless staff checks was annoying and I found the staff not that friendly.

Great gym to work out. Has a great Conditioning Room with a wide range of cross trainers, treadmills, rowers, and bikes to get a great cardio workout. Two six-lane, 25-meter Swimming Pools (Main and Training ) great for laps or aquafit classes. It has Squash, Raquetball, & Handball Courts. It has a Cyclefit Studio and an Exercise Studio. Has an indoor and outdoor track. It has two large gymnasiums for Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Gymnastics and even Floor Hockey. Lockers. Open showers and sauna room. Can be a cruisy place.
My favorite place in the entire Toronto.. haha !
