About Harvest Wednesdays:
From August 24 to October 12, we invite you to connect with Ontario’s growing season through a Harvest Table Dinner in the Ballroom or a Sip and Savour in the Gallery.
What is Community Shared Agriculture (C.S.A.)
Community Shared Agriculture allows city residents to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally by regional farmers. When you become a member of a CSA, you're purchasing a “share” of vegetables from a regional farmer. It is a relationship of shared bounty and shared risk.
About Bob Blumer
Along with hosting the television series Surreal Gourmet, Glutton for Punishment and World’s Weirdest Restaurants, Bob has written five acclaimed cookbooks and serves as an Ambassador to Second Harvest in Toronto spreading the word about food rescue and hunger relief. He even designed one of the Gladstone Hotel’s artist designed hotel rooms called the Surreal Gourmet.
