The event will take place at the Children's Greenhouse at Carlton and Jarvis Streets. Doors open at 1 p.m. Entrance is FREE; all Green Thumbs members will receive free tickets towards the cost of food, plants, and/or craft activities. (Become a member for $15, and have a say in the organization!)
Green Thumbs is on a mission to empower urban children, youth and their families to learn about, grow and prepare fresh foods, cultivated in an environmentally sustainable manner, in hands-on programs.
