Work it!, the first ever Queer Hip-hop showcase is going down this Pride, June 22nd, at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. We will feature several up and coming queer hip-hop artists throwing down their rhymes for a chance to win cash prizes. As an ode to the classic days of rap battles, DJ Nix will be spinning ALL your favourite old school hip-hop and R&B tunes from Missy to TLC and Biggie to Blackstreet.. Dress to impress in your Ol`Skool shell toes and shades, snap back hats, high tops and parachute pants!
