What we say
Drag/tranny bar in the middle of the Village
George's Play is a good-humored drag bar where entertainment is offered nightly. Whether it be Monday's "Adult Karaoke" or Tuesday's "Are You Smarter than a Drag Queen?" there is always a good time to be had here.

George's Play is my home bar where the staff makes you feel like family and having worked for George before I know this is true. Great prices and shows and the greatest location!

I just love play on church because it is one of the few bars that allows you to let down your guard and just be yourself. Plus they have great events and the staff is easy to talk to. P.s its my 36th birthday today and 2 years ago I celbrated my 34th there and it was fantastic. My name was up on the marquis thanks to Danny and George. See you there.
Lots of love Matthew

As a Gay man who adores Drag, unabashedly, I can state unequivocally that George's Place is in the pantheon of great Drag bars. Every night, a different Drag theme, with some incredibly talented ladies; talented and drop-dead gorgeous, so hot, so sexy. The performances are fabulous, over-the-top (they'd better be!!!); witty and clever and sheer fun. The staff is friendly, gracious, a great evening. Check it out.

My girlfriend and I were down on Church St on Saturday night and stopped in at George's Play to watch the drag show which is always excellent. Bartenders are great, friendly and so is the crowd.
So, what do you say?
